Authentic Mexican Rice

Recipe from To The Sea blog. I've made plenty of Mexican rice before but I don't think it ever turned out as good as this. The only difference is, I always pureed the tomatoes and the onions and all the seasoning in with it. I never tried to cook it in the rice with out pureeing. So yes it was a BIG difference. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
