I started this yesterday. Hopefully I can stick to it. I may be thin, but one thing is for sure, I am not in shape...at all. Believe it or not, I do have some major areas that need to be worked on.
With bikini season coming up and having had a baby six months ago, you better believe I need to do this shin dig.
I want to look slim, toned, and sexy this summer. I'm not doing this for anybody but myself...and Evan of course. I want to be able to see myself in a swimsuit and feel confident. I want to look in the mirror and say to myself, "that's one foxy lady right there!" Seriously.
